Frequently Asked Questions — Buford, GA
Does AnimALL serve Alpharetta and nearby communities like Milton or Johns Creek?
Yes — Alpharetta is a primary service location for AnimALL. The standard $79 house call fee applies. Nearby communities including Johns Creek and Roswell are also within our primary service area. For neighborhoods further out, a modest travel fee may apply, but costs are always communicated upfront before confirming your visit.
Why choose a mobile vet over a traditional clinic in Alpharetta?
Mobile veterinary care eliminates the stress of clinic visits — no car loading, no waiting rooms with other animals, no unfamiliar smells or sounds. For anxious pets, multi-pet households, senior or mobility-limited owners, or exotic animals that travel poorly, it is simply better medicine. You also receive the full, undivided attention of one physician who knows your household and your animals personally.
How do I book an at-home visit in Alpharetta?
Book online at animallvet.com, visit us, or email appointments@animallvet.com. Online booking submits a preferred time-frame request — we follow up to confirm availability. A $100 deposit (fully credited toward your bill) is required to hold your appointment.
Does AnimALL accept pet insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly, but we provide detailed itemized invoices that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement. Most pet insurance plans accept this format, and we are happy to walk first-time claimants through the process.
What if my pet is aggressive or anxious at the vet?
Our Fear Free approach is specifically designed for anxious or reactive pets. Being in the home environment already reduces stress significantly. If needed, we can recommend a pre-visit medication protocol so your pet is relaxed before we arrive. Please be upfront about any behavioral considerations when booking — we will plan accordingly to ensure a safe, positive experience.
